About Me

Cris Radal is the pseudonym of the artist, Mrs Cristina S. Juhász Conde, daughter of a Hungarian father and a German mother. She was born on 13th February 1960 in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, but she considers herself Patagonian by choice.
She inherited her aesthetic sense and perfection in her work from her parents.

She took up scroll sawing as a hobby in her youth. Later, with the influence of the Patagonian landscapes, the weather and native traditions together with the European concept of art, she gave birth to the creation of original pieces.

She also enjoyed flying. She became a pilot and flew a glider across the Patagonian skies, as free as a bird, giving her the opportunity to appreciate the beauty in nature, its magnificence and its plenitude.

She doesn’t fly in the open sky any more, but she keeps her free spirit in her imagination leading her to new experiences which help her enrich her works.
As a mature woman and artist she has decided it is time to show the world her work.
The artistic quality of her productions can be compared to fine wines aged in oak barrels, which once mature make us enjoy their colour, bouquet and flavour.
